Every session at Channel Clarity is fully customised to your channel. The moment you submit your intake form, we begin dedicating time to researching your specific channel, niche, competitors, and performance data. This investment of time and expertise cannot be recovered once it has been made.

We want to be transparent about this upfront so there are no surprises. If you have any doubts before purchasing, we encourage you to email us first — we're happy to answer questions before you commit.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund (i.e., you have not yet submitted your intake form and work has not commenced), please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request — [your order or email]"
  • Include: your name, purchase email, and reason for cancellation

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If Channel Clarity is unable to deliver your session due to circumstances on our end (e.g., illness, technical failure, unavailability), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule — your choice.

We handle all exceptional cases with fairness. If something has gone wrong on our end, please reach out and we will make it right.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to delivering the highest quality strategy and analysis, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as subscriber growth, view counts, or revenue. Refunds are not issued on the basis of results after a session has been delivered.
