By accessing channelclarity.net or purchasing any service offered by Channel Clarity, a brand of GrowthAsis LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services Offered

Channel Clarity provides YouTube channel strategy consultation services, including but not limited to:

• Written channel audits delivered as PDF reports
• One-on-one strategy calls conducted via Google Meet
• Growth roadmaps and content plans
• Competitor analysis and niche research

All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept payment through our designated payment processors. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

Prices shown on the website are final. Channel Clarity is not responsible for currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.

4. Delivery

Written audit reports will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 24–48 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Strategy call bookings will be confirmed via a scheduling link sent to your email after payment is received.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary in exceptional circumstances. If your delivery is delayed beyond 72 hours, please contact us at hey@channelclarity.net.

5. Refund Policy

Because all sessions involve custom research and dedicated time investment, refunds are not available once work has commenced. Work is considered commenced upon receipt of your completed intake form or upon scheduling a call.

6. Intellectual Property

All audit reports, roadmaps, content plans, and written materials delivered to you are provided for your personal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or represent these materials as your own without prior written consent from Channel Clarity.

The Channel Clarity name, logo, and website content are the intellectual property of Channel Clarity and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Channel Clarity provides consultation and strategic advice based on our experience and analysis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including subscriber growth, revenue, or video performance. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your execution and YouTube's algorithm.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Channel Clarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
